CHAIRMAN AND CEO

Susan Joseph, Chairman and CEO of Justice Entertainment Group, Inc. is a 33 year veteran of the Music and Entertainment industry. A Brooklyn native, she began her career in the 70's working at IFA in New York (at Talent Agency which later became ICM).

As a personal manager, She has worked with and represented such notable acts as Seals & Crofts, England Dan & John Ford Coley, Laura Branigan, Eddie Kendricks, Ronnie Laws, Patrice Rushen, Tower of Power, Bobby Caldwell, Diane Warren, Olivia Hussey, Nel Carter and many more.

Her clients have sold over 500 Million Records world-wide. Her experience extends to Music Publishing, Radio promotion, branding and advertising. In addition, Ms. Joseph is the CEO of a Business Consulting Firm, Business Advisors & Consultants, Inc. which provides consulting services for various Business, Real Estate and Entertainment Industries.

 

Most recently, with a bold move to Las Vegas, she has expanded her company's business to include advertising, with the formation of Justice Entertainment Ad Agency; concert and event promotion and production, beginning with concerts for TI at the Thomas and Mack Center, Phillips Arena, and Jazmine Sullivan at Thomas and Mack, and Sylvia Browne at Planet Hollywood and Nightlife Promotion.

The company now provides content in the field of Entertainment, Sports, Television and films.

 
     
 

JEFF FLACH
CO-CHAIRMAN / PRESIDENT

Jeff Flach began his career in entertainment back in 1981 when he worked as a consultant for Network Nine in Australia, where he consulted on American sporting events televised in Australia.

Upon his return to the United States, Jeff spent one year at ESPN, before moving into the motion picture industry in 1984.

Starting out as an Assistant Location Manager, Jeff quickly moved up to become a Location Manager, Production Manager and Producer.

     

Over the years Jeff has worked on films such as "Moonstruck", "Born on the 4th of July", "JFK", "Nixon", "The Patriot" (with Steven Seagal), "Meet the Parents" and "Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift".

For a three year period in the early 1990's, Jeff left the film industry to Produce the television series "Red Shoe Diaries", which was Showtime's number one show at the time. Jeff was also involved with several television pilots during the 1990's.

After spending the last 18 years in Beverly Hills, California, Jeff moved to Las Vegas in 2009. Currently, he is Vice Chairman and a partner with Justice Entertainment Group.

 
     
 

HOWARD M. BORRIS
BUSINESS MANAGER / CHIEF FINANCIAL ADVISOR / CONSULTANT

Howard M. Borris, CPA/PFS, ChFC, CLU, President, is a graduate of California State College at Northridge with degrees in Finance and Accounting, and has participated in various postgraduate tax, investment, and financial planning courses. He is a graduate of The American College’s course for Certified Financial Planners.

     

Mr. Borris holds various professional and Real Estate licenses as follow; California CPA license, 1969, California Community College Lifetime Teaching Credential in Banking and Finance, 1969, California Real Estate Broker, 1974, California Life Health and Disability Insurance Broker’s License, 1974, California Variable Annuities License, 1974, FINRA Series 7, Registered Representative License, 1986, FINRA Series 53, Registered Municipal Securities Principle, FINRA Series 24, Registered Securities Principal, 1986, AICPA’s Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU)

     

From 1965 to 1969, Mr. Borris worked at various Public Accountancy firms in the Los Angeles area and was a Show Accountant at 20th Century-Fox Film Corporation. In 1969, he founded the present Business and Family Management practice that was incorporated in 1978. In 1986, Mr. Borris formed and became President of Greenbrier Diversified, Inc., a fully disclosed California and FINRA registered Broker-Dealer. From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Borris served as a member of the Board of Directors and the loan committee of Sterling Bank, and BSC Mortgage Corporation. Sterling Bank was sold to Pacific Bank and ultimately merged in City National Bank in 1999.

 

Over his career, Mr. Borris has participated in the negotiation of employment contracts, contracts for the acquisition of various businesses, the acquisition and placement of a variety of real estate parcels and loans secured by real estate, major tax planning situations and the construction and maintenance of millions of dollars of securities portfolios using Modern Portfolio Theory.

He is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the AICPA Personal Financial Planning Section.
